Monday Menu Planning ~ January 13, 2014

Good morning everyone! I looked at my freezer and after making that ham the other week, I have lots of frozen chopped ham. Time to start using that up! Soups, quiche.. lot of possibilities.
Here is my menu for the week:
Monday: Pasta, Salad and garlic bread
Tuesday: Split Pea Soup with ham and bread
Wednesday:Leftover night
Thursday: Broccoli Quiche (make two and put one in the freezer!)
Friday: Pizza night
Saturday: Make Your Own Night
Sunday: Sandwich Night
